Airtel — Recharge of 3g pack

Hello sir,
i made a recharge of 96 rupees on 17 feb 2017 with a transaction id[protected], on number [protected]

the number is of gujrat and presently i m in up east,

the amount is being deducted,

kindly tell whether the net would work or not, cause till time it is not working,
