Airtel — recharge refund, double recharge

I have recharged my no with 399. Previously i had recharged with 499 around ten days back. So as my previous recharge (499) is still active. The recharge which i did today is not reflecting. So i request you to refund the amount as it is not useful to me transid[protected]. Recharge done on 5/05/2018
Please undo the second recharge and refund my money. The payment is done through airtel app.
