Airtel — recharge reimburse / validity update

Again fed up with airtel service.

I have been recharged my number with 1699 yearly plan prior to the completion of my same existing plan 1699. After I did the validity shows only as 365 days without taking my previous balance validity days into the account.

Am already aware and done similar recharge for monthly unlimited plans before it ends and it usually sums up the number of days for the validity.

As I called customer care, they inform that yearly unlimited pack will deactivate existing plan and start from fresh.

Actually I couldn’t not find any related information in my Airtel app stating that monthly packs will add up and yearly pack won’t.

Even thou if it is so, they have to give some solution to the existing customer. Simply saying it won’t work and ur money is lost is not the solution or advisable solution. Either u must refund or extend.

Guys be aware of this scam.
