[Resolved] Airtel — Recharge scam

I got a message regarding an offer and i recharged. They offered 42 gb for 28 days and they provided me with 3 gb instead. I had to let go my 1 gb per day for 70 days plan for this offer that said 1.5 gb per day for 28 days. And they just gave 3 gbs so i lost the 1 gb per day data for the remaining days along with another 39 gb that they promised with the offer. PFA the screenshots for the same.

Complaint marked as Resolved

So no mentions of the channel required to make the recharge in any of the offer messages and no refund was made. Bloody scammers.

Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by akshayd94 Just to make it clear, check the screenshots, it was never mentioned that i'll have to recharge through the app only. It's not about the money, its about how you guys are cheating your consumers. Bloody Scammers!
