[Resolved] Airtel — Recharge success but balance not credited! Big looting!!! | |||
I did a 100Rs recharge through airtel mobile app, as I got the offer of recharging 100Rs I will get 110Rs credit. Where the recharge is success and the same amount has been deducted from Bank, however balance not credited to me. Called the customer support twice, even they agreed the recharge is success. They said within 24 hours it would be credited, but it's been a week still not credited. Quiet ridiculous service. I need 110 Rs credited immediately.
