[Resolved] Airtel — recharge through net banking but didn't received data pack and not satisfactory reply | |

I have recharged through net banking for net data, bank transaction was successful.
But I didn't received the net data. Detail given below:
name - PRAVEEN KUMAR VAISHANV
mobile no. - [protected]
date of recharge - 30/12/2014,
time - 3.15 pm
Transaction through - STATE BANK OF BIKANER AND JAIPUR
amount - 255/-(TWO HUNDRED FIFTY FIVE), for- 1 (ONE) GB, 28 DAYS, 3G DATA
transaction no. & bank's statement -
30-Dec[protected]Dec-2014) TO TRANSFERINB Airtel AIRTEL_RECHARGE Paym BSBJ[protected]IG00JPCDK8 TRANSFER TO[protected] INTERNET BANKING TRANS 255.00
But I neither received 3G DATA nor Refund into my bank account.
I HAVE CONTACTED SO MANY TIMES TO THE CUSTOMER CARE CENTER BUT STILL NOTHING GIVEN SATISFIED REPLY FROM THERE.
PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION.
