Dear sir, while recharging a jio number [protected] through pay tm, the transaction was wrongly sent to airtel vide [protected] .
The message from paytm was :• airtel has confirmed the success of your order [protected] for the recharge of mobile number [protected] • we're sorry but we'll not be able to reverse the transaction as the top-up/balance/recharge benefits have already been delivered • if you still want to cancel, please reach out to airtel's customer support directly, mentioning: 1. Operator reference number: [protected] 2. Mobile number: [protected]
Eventhough airtel has received the funds, now their customer care cell tells me they cant refund the money.. Nor they are giving me the credits. Was this information helpful? |
