Airtel — recharged same plan twice and money deducted twice | |||
I have recharged my airtel number [protected] for the 509 rs plan two times on 17th march 2018 by mistake due to network issues. The money also has been deducted twice. The transaction id's for both the recharges are : [protected] [protected] Kindly check and cancel one recharge since this is a special offer recharge and not a top up. If the recharge cannot be cancelled then please provide an extension of validity for 180 days since the recharge has been made twice.
