I have recharged my mobile number ([protected])twice with 509 plan (on april 13th and 16th)by mistake, when I spoke to Customer support people they are saying that
THEY CANT REFUND, THEY CANT EXTEND THE PLAN ON SAME NUMBER FINALLY HAPPILY THEY KEEP MY MONEY WITHOUT PROVIDING ANY SOLUTION
they are saying that extending plan can be done if it is 199 plan or 448 plan but not for 509..what the hell is this
they did not even take any complaint when i asked to rise a complaint.. need a solution for this.. this is not fair at all, , if some mistake is happens there could be some solution for it ... finally I decide to port my number if they dont resolve this Was this information helpful? |
