Airtel — recharged under offer but after 17 days of recharged unable to view the channels

Whosoever is concerned,

I have recharged my aiterl dth with a package offered for 6 months on 27th august 2017.

After 18 days of recharge, still i am unable to see any of the channels. I am calling the customer care, they are daily providing me the reference no for complaint with an assurance that it will got resolved by 5:30 tomorrow but that never worked.

Please find the reference numbers for the same:
64874990: they sent a engg who took 200 and temporarily activated at that time but again it stopped after few hours.

Please help me with the same. Or if it is not possible, then please revert back my money.
