The mail sent to the airtel complaint email id.
Hi this is regarding recharge for the number [protected]. I am continuously facing this problem of the recharge of amount 399 which states 1 gb data per day and unlimited calls for 84 days refer screenshot attached in the above mail. And when i recharge i do not get the benefit. Every single time i call the customer care i get the same response that this offer is not shown in the system. I am literally fed of this service which is being provided to me and the harassment which i am facing due to this.
This is service you provide to the customer who is using airtel for past 8 years???
I will be taking this matter to the consumer court if i am not getting a proper resolution within 2 days.
