Iam the regular customer of artel.All my family members are also the same My airtel number is [protected].Today (03.04.2014 )at about 12.30 pm I have paid sum of Rs185 to the retail delar to full talk time recharge .Instead to credits in talk time account the amount was credited in 3G account.Without my option the 3G account was activated by you authorities.very immediately I spoke with customer care., and I requested the in charge person to convert the 3G amount to talk time account, but my request was declined by the in charge. I this issue Iam not satisfied by your acts.Please consider the customer s request.It is very simple formula to develope your organizations. Customer support is very important tool to develop the entire systems.
