Since months i am finding that the calls made to people or others drop or fail most of the time and the company is doing nothing to prevent these inspite of repeated complaints.in 2017 the government had levied a penalty of re.1 per call drop but i find the network provider is not being charged the penalty at all not any credit is given to the customers.
If there is a government legislation then there should also be a control over its execution - simply promulgating in newspapers is not sufficient for the satisfaction o[censored]sers - please take action against the network providers for calls failed.
Many a times when called the ring is not there and even if the phone is on and nearby the message can be heard that the no. Is not reachable. Kindly put a check on these problems-a lot of time is wasted due to all these reasons Was this information helpful? |
