Hi airtel customer care,
The experience with customer care team in recent years going bad to worst. Looks like they are not customer care team, but airtel bill care team only!
I did the payment for bill & still i was getting calls from customer representatives. Finally i did payment second time. Today representative calls me again to pay the bill!!!
When asked about what is the status of enquire sent in below email, she is reluctant to confirm that the amount received successfully & ran away when asked to drop email/send message.
Is the tickets raised from customer looked upon? Is there any resolution timeline? Atleast before calling do the cr check the status of bill?
