I would to dodge a complaint in order to disconnect my postpaid sim bearing no. [protected].
Firstly, i paid all my dues on march 14th 2020 and mailed at [protected]@in. Airtel.com on march 15th conveying my intention to disconnect my sim. They replied directing me to contact through airtel website or airtel thanks app, as i am abroad and my sim is not active, i couldn't call 121 or download the app. So, i tried via website to disconnect my number. Even after several attempts, it displayed error and showed that the representative will take note of it. Subsequently, on march 26, i received another bill. I mailed the entire facts to [protected]@airtel.in on arpril 04 2020 which was out of service then. Again i mailed to [protected]@in. Airtel.com conveying that my intention to disconnect the sim along with the fact that my sim is inactive to receive otp or to call 121. To my utter surprise, i got a reply on details of international roaming.
I am truly fed up of all these things and am still getting recurring bills till date. I was out of options until i got detailes about this forum. So please do the needful asap to disconnect my postpaid sim bearing no. [protected]. The relief i want is cancellation of all my bills from march 14th 2020 till date.
I was very much satisfied on my airtel services until march. Please keep up my hope.
