Complaint marked as Resolved I got a phone call on 12 aug
and whatever they said they send a email with the same discussion
here is the email content:

Greetings from airtel!
This is in reference to your email regarding wrong recharge done for the number ## instead of your airtel mobile number ##.
At the outset, we regret the inconvenience caused.
As discussed iwth you on your number ##, you are not eligible to reversal benefit because you have already recharge with Rs 448 on this date & time Aug 9, 2018 8:10:24 PM with benefit of 1.4GB/day and Unlimited All calls on home and roam_100 SMS/day for 82 days.
However as a onetime benefit we are crediting Rs. 448/- to your main account balance as a talktime with in 30Minutes.
Further, post completion of unlimited pack on your number request you to revert with the word of conformation to activate unlimited pack from your main account balance.
In future, check your tariff, balance and validity, special offers, last 5 debits and more by dialing *121*51# (toll free).
