Airtel — Refund issue on broadband connection

I disconnected my Airtel broadband connection 2 months ago. I was calling for customer care for refund. No use till date. I couldn't connect them, when I checked with their agency outlet. They are saying no such refund option after broadband disconnections.
I disconnected my account but my money is with them.
When I asked for new connection they where asking me to deposit some amount and told that the amount will be refunded when we disconnect their services. But nothing is happening.
