[Resolved]  Airtel — Refund issue with Airtel payments bank

Refund initiated by Amazon side with RRN number:[protected]
now it's been more than 3 months but money not yet credited to my account and i have called to airtel payments bank they not even providing proper resolution(case number:7294078)
i have to raise the complainant in RBI portal
