Airtel — Refund not issued yet

I received below message and the recharge was done under DTH connection. I entered my FIBER ID [protected] only and then it shows recharge done successfully.

How it can be possible if my put FIBER ID but it recharged for DTH.

I have only broadband connection and I do not have any DTH connection. I am attaching the screenshot for your reference as well. I am sharing the call recording as well in which refund was promised to me.

I have broadband connection but recharge was done under DTH connection of another person's account.

I live in Delhi but customer service told me that DTH connection is registered for person who lives in Gujarat.

I want my money back. That was website glitch who did wrong.

I am writing since last month, you can check all my emails. Also, I would request you to LISTEN all the call recordings and see how pathetic people you have hired.

I called many times regarding my payment issue.

On 6th August, 2021 I recharged my broadband and paid Rs. 2829 and I really don't know how the recharge was done under DTH connection. However, I have only broadband connection not the DTH.

Then, I sent many emails and called you as well then came to know that recharge was done under DTH connection not for broadband.

So, one of your agents told me (between Aug 23 to 26, I don't remember the exact date) will initiate the refund and I will get within 5 to 7 business days.

But I didn't receive the refund and after waiting for so many days, I called on 9th September, 2021 and then agent told me that I will get a call regarding refund and you will get it on the same or next day.

I got a call and I shared the transaction ID with her and then she confirmed that I will get a refund within 24 hours on the same source of payment which is Paytm Wallet. Even I got text message for the same as well.

I waited for 24 hours and then again called and then your agent told me that refund was never promised to me and it has been denied. He started lying and told me that his system is not working, tools are stopped working and due to this unable to fetch my account.
I asked for the supervisor and he denied. Supervisor didn't take my call and agent said that he is not available. I insisted him that I want to talk to supervisor but he denied. And at last, he offered a call back. And I mentioned I need a call at 8 pm same day.

I again waited and called them again as I didn't receive any call back from you because your employees did not want to work.

Then I explained my story to new agent once again and the agent said that he is transferring my call to the supervisor. And you know what, what you supervisor did. He put my call on hold for more than 30 mins. And he was just unhold and hold the call without talking to me. It shows how customer oriented people you are. If they didn't want to work then you can simply deny na that you don't want to work. WHY YOU HAVE HIRED SUCH RIDICULOUS PEOPLE WHO DON'T KNOW HOW TO WORK.

And then I disconnected the call and again called your pathetic customer service. Then again new agent told me that my case is open and I will get a refund by end of day before 12 am or by next day for sure.

So, I am going to wait for today and if I will not get it then will call you again plus I am going to leave this message on social media, consumer court plus police stations.

The world should know how pathetic people you are. And how you took someone's hard earned money and didn't give back.

You can listen all the call recordings specially for 9sept and 10 sept. However, I have all call recordings as well and will surely publish it everywhere.

I have contacted paytm and they said you have received the payment.

Why you people are lying. Refund my money.
