Airtel — Refund not received...and they didn't receive my any calls and their customer representative talking in abusive language..

Sir i cancelled my dth and broadband connection...but airtel didnt refund my money ...i cancelled my transactions on 11 th January...and they promised me to refund in 7-10 working days...i used to call their agent but they are not responding anything...and boy who used to take this payment to picking up my call...my application form number is[protected]...and mobile number is [protected]...and their representative who is talking in abusive lanugae his name is akhilesh tiwari...my total refund amount is 3268...
