Airtel — refund of advance rental airtel broadband bangalore | |||
I contacted airtel for new broadband connection on 11 feb 2018, their field agent contacted me on 12 feb 2018 and told me that only 999/- plan is available in my area and after taking my documents he shared a link for advance payment and assured me that after payment within one day i will get the connection. On 12th feb 2018 i made the advance rental payment of 3537/- and shared the payment confirmation with the field agent. However after getting the payment confirmation the field agent stopped taking my calls and then on contacting airtel customer care i was told that it is not feasible to provide connection in my area. Now i am waiting for the refunds which as per airtel team will take at least another one month. Seriously disappointed by airtel customer service. Was this information helpful? | |||
