[Resolved] Airtel — Refund of balance on my DTH account | |||
I had two DTH connections from Airtel, which I deactivated in July 14 due to poor customer service. Customer ID is [protected]. At the time of deactivation there was a balance of Rs.2708/- on my account. After regular follow up since July 14, I have not yet received refund of the same. I have provided Airtel with the details of receipt of equipment. Though at the time of equipment recovery their person said that they don't provide any receipt for the equipment recovery. When I refused to hand over equipment without receipt, next day they arrived with receipt and collected the equipment. Please help me to get my money refund from Airtel.
