Hi,
Airtel agent informed me that they will provide internet connection in our area, inspite of me warning them that there is no junction box available in our area. The agent came to my house and collected an amount of Rs. 500 and said the connection will be available in 3 days. This happened on April 2nd. But there was no response from them even after a week, inspite of me calling them every day. Finally they said that they can't provide the connection and will refund the amount in 15 days. The complaint number was 45541698. It has been more than 65 days and I still haven't received the refund. Whenever I call the customer care they keep telling me that they have already sent the cheque, but they have no way to check the progress. These people are simply cheating the cutomers and swindling money. I request you to take action against these cheaters and get me my money refunded.
