Hi, i have applied a new broadband connection on 30/08/2016, after four days they called me and said that no feasible in your area and they will refund the amount, but still no updates am calling daily to the concern person but telling that by eod will give you. I have 4g data offer but still my main balance is deducted.i got recharge with 200 and when I used internet by exist data offer, even my main balance cut to 60rupees. I want my balance as refund and give me clear information of it.
You advertise much more about your open network. You need to realize the cause of complaints before giving unnecessary explanations. We get very bad 4g network even worse than 2g.
