Airtel — refund of recharge amount by airtel | |||||
I have done recharge through airtel app to my delhi number [protected] through sbi debit card vide transaction number[protected] on 10/09/2017. After doing the recharge the balance is shown in my airtel app but there is no nwtwork in my mobile. I called the customer care who informed that the number has been allotted to some other person because it was not used for more than 90 days. Now, i want refund of my rs 60 because if the number was disconnected then how it is displayed in my airtel app. If it was allotted then why it is shown in my profile of airtel app. Moreover, i was never informed by airtel that my number was disconnected.
