Hello airtel team, i have requested airtel broadband connection and paid advance rental amount online ₹2828 on friday, may 15th 2020. As the broadband service was not feasible in my area for broadband connection, i requested them to refund my amount. I am following this issue with kumar who is avadi area manager, he was initially contacted to me and get my details and share the payment link, then i paid my amount (3-month plan), one engineer came and visit my area he gone without any response, i called that engineer get information about not feasible connection. He said, i will initiate to refund your request, amount will credit in two days, but till now i didn’t get any notifications, ticket number or request messages. Haven't got any proper response from him. Today (25th may) i called him and saying that amount refunded your account. I have checked, amount not credited. Really worse experience with airtel representative. Please refund my amount asap. I have attached image and do the needful or please let me know the status and return my amount.
