Airtel — Refund SR.67031513 | |||||
This is regarding refund of Rs.3800.71 from Airtel which i made excess payment by mistake on 28th Dec'15. I have requested refund of Rs.3800.71 on 28th Dec'15 against the complaint no.66964516 which was not resolved and closed. Later I registered one more complaint for the same issue against the complaint no.67031513 on 2nd Jan'16 and still I have not received the amount. I have contacted the 121 and appellate team lot of times but nothing happened and every time they are asking 48 hrs time to resolve the issue. Finally when i requested for the status yesterday 04/02/2016, they simply created one more complaint on the same mentioning like, it will be resolved in next 48 hrs Please help me to resolve the issue and do me the needful Was this information helpful? | |||||

Even after provided the SR no. still Airtel is asking for account number and alternate number.
Please check the SR number and you will be getting all my details. SR No. mentioned in Subject.
This is the way the Airtel customer care people making customer insufficient and delay in resolving the issue.
