This is vinoth kumar working from times of india group. I had problem to made recharged for my another number as below mentioned. My primary no - [protected]
I had used prepaid sim from airtel past few years my no - [protected] and last week i recharged rs.399 plan for 84days validity for 1gp net/per day and unlimited calls local, std. But now not working internet so give a call to customer care but there are not responding perparely on the complaint no - [protected] they are said is offer only valid for 4g sim, 4g hs. Last month i recharged rs. 349 plan but that should be worked perparely that recharged made through app only and on that time also it's shown 4g sim for 28days. So that only i made recharged for this time and last two months later i had same problem on my brother no - [protected] on the same plan rs.349 that problem as resolve by customer care team smoothly but this time i'm not happy with customers care services.
Now i need resolve this issue on urgent basis so kindly do the needful asap
