Its really a hard task to get a airtel broadband connection. For the past 4 to 5 weeks i am trying to get airtel broadband connection for my personal use but its being a tough job to be get done it. Even persons from airtel collected the required documents from my side (Once again they have collected documents from me for the second time).This made me emotional strained that even in cities airtel broadband service is not possible, then why these guys are publishing advertisements which makes people tempted to opt their service. i hardly waited for more than one month but still there is no progress. So from now on i am concluding that Airtel service is not at its best and i have to move all my other Airtel services from Airtel to other network. When I try to recharge my two airtel numbers [protected]/[protected] in airtel.in. It is reporting as invalid airtel number.
I complained via 121 yesterday. Also I registered a complaint in airtel website today morning around 10am. So far no response from airtel team.
