My mobile is having airtel damage secure plan. On 13th nov mobile backpanel got damaged, for which same day i started the process of submitting the claim. But initially when i gave my details and incidence occurance through airtel secure it was not processed comletely.and when i tried to call customer care to resolve the issue, they didnt connect through my calls.after 3-4 days i lodged complaint through mail and aftr a day they replied saying to again lodge complaint through laptop.for doing all this it took my 4 days, so stating that it took more than 48 hrs they rejected my claim.
So my problems are (1) inspite of me starting the claim submission i didnt get the claim.
(2) There software is not working for which i suffered
(3) Customer care calls not connected through when i needed most.
Im a Postpaid airtel customer for last 2 years, but now i lost the trust in airtel. Now im thinking of porting my number and get some trustful service. Was this information helpful? |
