Hi,
I have changed my job and moved to a new city pune, hence i want to stop my broadband services from gurgaon. So i called airtel customer care on last week of july to stop the services, then customer care called me four times for the reason, every time i said please deactivate it and dont generate my bill.
They told me that it will get done in 7 days. Now it is 26th august. It is still not done. I am so pissed for opting the broadband connection. My bill is also being generated despite i havent used broadband as i moved on 3rd aug to pune.
I have made multiple requests for deactivating broadband services, but they are still up and charging money from me every month.
Now when i am calling customer care, they are not transferring my call to the deactivation department.
