[Resolved] Airtel — Regarding, generating bills even after disconnecting and without any transmission line connection. | |||||
Sir, This is sujatha and my broad band number is [protected]. I already paid all my dues. In the month of December 2015, I requested for the change of address. But no one responded properly after we got a connection from an other broad line network.By then I gave a written letter to disconnect my broadband connection in the month of January 2016. I guess someone misplaced my letter and after that till the month of August 2016 they are continuously sending me bill and torturing me in call almost everyday that i need to pay the bill amount more than 6000 rs for till the month of august 2016. After shifting to this new house from jan 2016., No cable connections or modem connections are done. for broadband. Without any connection how would have we used the networks and in what source they can charge me. Kindly consider and please stop those continuous tortures given by the airtel workers.
