Airtel — Regarding net pack recharging | |||||
This s the worst customer service I have ever seen. Even idea and vodofone customer service was far better. I did net pack recharge of Rs. 651 via airtel app on 20.6.16. It showed failure to me so I tried once again. N t got succeeded this time. But after an hour automatically the first one also got recharged. So I filed a complaint on the same but I have no response from ur side for past 9 days. Meanwhile I spoke to seniors rakesh, venkat, supervisor nisha and team manager shaktivel. But none of them responded properly to me. Neither my money s credited back. Each day I use to Cal they use to tel me to wait for an he but no response. I decided to change from airtel. I was ur customer for past 10 yrs also recommended many to use airtel. But this was my biggest mistake I guess Was this information helpful? | |||||
