Airtel — regarding network data speed

I am living in srikot ganganali garhwal uttarakhand. Here network 4g data speed is worst then 2g. I already complained many of times regarding network data speed but they give only satisfaction that will resolve but i facing same problem. Me my colleagues planning to switch the network if this problem will remain same.
