Airtel — regarding signal problem in airtel dth | |||||
My airtel dth no. Is [protected]. I would like to inform you that i am facing signal problem in my airtel dish tv from more than two months. First, i will have to restart set top box & tv 2-3 times to get signal, but now from last few days there is no signal even after restart both tv & set many times. Due to this i avoid recharge, but 2 days ago an airtel representative called me and offer a recharge of 355 for three months. I told him all the problem briefly and he assured that my problem will be solved very soon and he has made an online complaint. But till date the matter has not been solved. Sir, i am regular and old customer of airtel because you are known for best service provider. But this time there is not good response from your end.
