Airtel — regarding sim deactivation | |
Suddenly my sim card becomes deactivated on last friday (29.12.17). Next day, i have gone to the airtel store at barasat. They have have given the sim card twice on that day saying that it will be be activated within 4 hrs. Nothing has happened. They are not even replying properly. They have not provided their contact number also. The customer care saying sim card has no problem. Network is not coming at all till date. As because i am staying in kharagpur now, i have gone to the airtel store here. They have charged for the sim card from me again. The sim card has not yet activated. The person here is not picking the phone and behaving harshly with me when i called from different number. I have given this number to everywhere. Everytime they are saying that no issue. It will be done. Nothing has been done for last one week the details are given below: Name - arindam mitra Airtel number - [protected] Sim number[protected]u Mobile handset - redmi 3s Its very disgusting.
