I am writing you finally after failing to avail your service after 'n' number of times at your airtel store in gulbarga. My problem is regarding mnp, my number is 8600xxxxx0, i am applying for mnp since 3 months at your airtel store. Your employee named xxxxx (I will give give additional data, if you respond for my complaint) giving silliy reason everytime when i visit the store, even i submitted the documents required for the process 3 times. And completed the adhaar verification process too. Even today my number not got converted. When i ask for any detail he says, it is in process, we can't share our internal issues, the same reply every time. I got mentally harassed from 3 months. So, kindly look into the issue.
