Airtel — regarding wrong international recharge done by me due to wrong information available by airtel staff

I done a recharge for international romaing of 1199 on 15 th feb, 2018, i done recharge after consultation of airtel staff, she told about the recharge for international romaing but that recharge is not valid for kajakistan. When i talk to customers at 198 and requested if recharge is not valid for that country then return my amount, but they refused to talk
