Updated by Beena Pemmaiah After my last post, i received 2 useless calls from Airtel reps who had no clue what they were looking for. Instead of doing the needful, Airtel is still busy making calls to figure out what is happening. So much manpower wasted for one connection!!

Looks like either you are blind or you do not understand english. I have responded on 2nd Feb twice.
Why would you need my alternate number when i am available on the number already provided. Also i did receive a couple of calls from Airtlel reps, who had no clue what was happening & wereasking for my address repeatedly.
Hence this looks like a total waste of time.
