Updated by goldeneagle73 i have got a call from one of your persons and gave the detail on what transpired. I have also in parallel shared the bank transaction id and date. Also you can contact the sales person Afzal Pawar - Mobile No. [protected]. He keeps saying he will call me back but no response so far. I have met him more than 5 times now.
My company has exclusive partnership with Airtel for Official Phone connections, i am checking with them also to end the contract with Airtel given the unethical practices. What data do you need more from me, you have the bank transaction id and you can check your bank accounts that you got extra money from my account when there was no sale. Why don't you just return the money. It is plain and simple issue. Even for this you are taking so much time.
I can only conclude this you are doing this as a practice so that you can earn interest on the money collected while the consumers wait for the repayments. Given the smaller amounts involved, i guess no one really takes this up to the police.
Regards
Kiran
