Airtel — removal of top-up imusic 1m channel to my subscription | |||||
I have taken airtel dth connection for my home at tirupati. The airtel digital tv id is [protected]. I have been using the service with pre-paid service payment. I have never asked for imusic 1m channel as top up channel to my airtel dth, however, it is added and money at the rate of rs 51 is being collected. I have lodged complaint to airtel dth and also to the customer care, however, there is no response. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Within two hours, I was contacted by the AIRTEL DTH service person and informed me through mail that the additional top-up was a mistake and removed the top up. The deducted money was credited back. I thank the support of consumer complaints.
