Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that the broadband services provided by you people are really worst and I am fed-up with the same.
My fixline phone / Broadband no[protected] is not working properly for last 40 Hrs and no one from Airtel is picking the call.
I have observed the same issue 3-4 times in last 15-20 days and every time you people usually take 40 to 60 hours to restore the same.
I have lodged a complaint yesterday and made many calls to Mr. Pushpendra ([protected]), Mr. Shashi ([protected]), Mr. Varun ([protected]) and on one landline line no[protected] since morning, but no one picked the calls.
All above casual approach demonstrate the incompetence of your team and I don’t want to be associated with such an organisation who does not sensitive for its customer.
Now it is requested to close my connection and take back all the items provided by you and release my security deposit and connection charge ASAP.
I know, your approach towards my request will be casual like always but I am hopeful for smooth exit.
