Airtel — Restarting of Set Top Box. | |||
Hi, Aitel Account no: [protected] Name : Mani Selvan G My set top box is keep on restarting. After raising a complaint, service engineer visited. After seeing it he said to replace the box with the charge of Rs.500/-. I did not understand this concept of replacing the Set Top Box. He has to repair the current box, thatswhy Rs.150/- is charged for his visit. If the box has to be replaced there should be an airtel office, where we can go and change a new piece. For already used piece I have to pay 500/- again if it goes bad, engineer will just say replace the box, again i have pay 500/-. Kindly repair the my own Set Top Box and charge accordingly. -Mani Was this information helpful? | |||
