Airtel Retailer — SIM card outgoing and incoming call stopped | |||||
Sir/Madam, I am using a airtel sim from last 3 years, suddenly incomming and outgoing call stopped, then when I am calling to customer care they told me that there is some documents issue. then I give the documents to nearest retailer and they replace my sim card, but the problem is same, then they told me to contact nodal officer of Airtel, then I emailed to nodal officer, they also asked for new documents, but after 3-4 days they also said that this sim can not be activated. but why this is happened, I can not understand, this is my permanent sim card, and I can not refuse it.
