sir /Madam, I would like to inform you that wrong recharge of Rs 50 was done on mobile no :- [protected] instead of [protected] by Dimapur Airtel Retailer no [protected] with Transaction id :[protected]. The Airtel retailer had tried to reverse it to my mobile no [protected] by using MRR [protected] [protected] but the airtel has responded that this serivce is not avaialble in your mobile no. so, may i kindly request you to kindly reverse back to my Airtel no:[protected] .I will be very grate ful to you.
