I have made a recharge of rs 230/- for my account id [protected]-001 on 28 nov. But there was some issue with signals and i lodged a complaint to this effect. However no engineer turned up at my site till 2 dec. Everyday they give the same answer that he will come today, but no respite.
Now it seems that the supervisor to whom i last spoke disconnected my call when i asked about the harassment i have to face because of lack of service and since then i am unable to contact them.
I was using tata sky till now and had no complaints regarding customer care ever.
Air tel like their mobile services is all about ads and no service.
Since no one is picking up my calls in customer care now i thought of warning the prospective clients of this pathetic service. Please go for tata sky they are much more reliable. Was this information helpful? |
