I follwed my case from long back with paytm also. From where i did my recharge.
Here is below said our last conversation and their response:

today some one call from airtel customer care and ask me for that he will refund only rs.300 goodwill.
sir what is this i request you to refund my money which are with you by mistake and i gave you proof.
On this behalf your operator call me and accept that by mistake my Rs. 698 in your account but we not refund it
if you want rs. 300 we will give.
On one side Mr. prime Minister ask go cashless use Paytm and you people said we dont have any responsibility
against any third party.
Sir i withstand with my case from 16th march, first with paytm and second with you. So i am waiting for your final decision.
I will put this matter with PMO and ask them how a person can go cashless if such issue not resolve within time.
