[Resolved] Airtel — Saving card info without an option to remove | |||||
If a card payment is being done on their site, they are saving cards by default. They suggest there is a section to remove stored card information but nothing as such is available under that section. This is a fraud/incomplete information sharing. Kindly either update that section with a button named manage cards or just don't save the card information by default Was this information helpful? | |||||

This issue is related to information management.
I am an airtel broadband user and my contact number is [protected].
Please fix your website otherwise don't save any user sensitive information without giving end user any mode to modify the sensitivity of the information.
1.Additionally there are issues in your website regarding service - end user can't change their data or service plans
2.Information provided for broadband services is cluttered and is overlapping on each other, I have tested your site on 3 different browsers and all have the same issue.
3. I have purchased a 16mbps plan but the speed I get is just 8mbps max because your service is restricted by unavailability of communication network, may I know what type of customer relation is this- it is called cheating.
Kindly fix these up
