Airtel — Selling wrong product and looting customer | |||
I along with my wife opted for A2A 15p/min pack on my prepaid mobile. I have been charged at various rates for each call to same Airtel numbers. No consistency at all. Only consistency is most of the calls were not charged as promised rate. Raising a complaint made me receive about 30 calls from airtel asking what i did, how i selected the pack, when did i recharge, send us the screenshot...THIS IS THE INFORMATION THEY SHOULD HAVE NOT ME. Anyway after 15 days of 'Investigation' and timewasting they tell me that the pack is beIng displays incorrectly it should be 2p/sec for 1st 120 sec and then 15p/sec. They suggest its a mistake and they would correct their pack sales information. And funnily they will refund me 59Rs i paid for the pack. I mean you are selling a product incorrectly and you easily redeem yourself by paying me the pack activation cost? Who will pay for the losses? the cost i ended up paying more for each call? This is when i have been an iartel postpaid customer for 10 years! Looting and misleading customers with wrong sales information and then absolving themselves by just paying the pack cost easy!
