Airtel — serious network issue inside house | |||
I have raised a complaint to airtel for the issue of no network in multipler areas. First complaint (Ref no[protected] was raised on 27 november 2017 (The reason complaint ould not be lodged earlier was everytime we called the custoemr care there was always some issue with their sytem and they could not register the complaint). Second complaint was lodged on 28 nov 2017 (Ref no.[protected]. We raised third complaint also from my secondary airtel number on 3 dec 2017. Whenever we are asking the customer support they just say that the network team is working. If we are paying for the network and we are not getting services and response at the same time then sir kindly help me out as i have been facing the issue and it is troubling me in working also as i am not able to contact my office colleague since i work from home and it is affecting me financially. At the same time they are advertising for such a great network in remote location when their network is not even available in metropolitan city like capital of india Was this information helpful? | |||
